“Tech4Entrepreneurship” projects: HP Life and Adobe Youth Voices

HP Life

The Tech4Entrepreneurship initiatives at Dhriiti encompassed two complementary programs that integrated technology skills with entrepreneurship education: HP Life and Adobe Youth Voices.

HP Life was a comprehensive program that demonstrated how computer technology and software could streamline entrepreneurial activities, making business operations more efficient for aspiring entrepreneurs. With Dhriiti’s leadership team becoming master trainers in the HP Life curriculum, we implemented this program across colleges and schools in Jharkhand, Assam, and Delhi.

The program featured a leveled curriculum that methodically built technology skills specifically for enterprise management. This experience significantly influenced Dhriiti’s approach, leading us to incorporate technology components like social media marketing into our core training methodologies.

Adobe Youth Voices

Simultaneously, we implemented the Adobe Youth Voices program, which focused on empowering youth to express themselves through Adobe creative software. Participants developed valuable media production skills, creating videos and other digital content that could amplify their entrepreneurial messages.

These programs were intentionally delivered in tandem, with many participants experiencing both curricula. This integrated approach enabled young entrepreneurs to not only develop business acumen but also acquire the digital creative skills to effectively communicate their vision.

True to Dhriiti’s ethos of experiential learning, our team first mastered these technologies ourselves before training others. This practice ensured authentic instruction as we prepared both youth participants and other trainers. By establishing a network of trained facilitators, we created a multiplier effect that extended the programs’ impact far beyond our direct implementation.

The Tech4Entrepreneurship projects represent an important chapter in Dhriiti’s evolution, highlighting our commitment to embracing technological innovation as an essential component of modern entrepreneurship education.
