Changelooms: Youth Leaders in Climate Action

Changelooms: Youth Leaders in Climate Action nurtures a dynamic network of young social entrepreneurs to drive impactful climate action and foster resilient communities. By adopting a youth-centric and climate-positive approach, the program empowers emerging leaders to address complex challenges at the intersection of climate, gender, well-being, and active citizenship.

Dhriiti, in partnership with Pravah, ComMutiny – The Youth Collective, and a broader ecosystem of collaborators, supports these efforts to advance youth leadership in climate resilience.

Over the course of three years, the program focuses on building critical skills like self-awareness, systems thinking, and empathy, all while strengthening the entrepreneurs’ initiatives and leadership capacities. Participants are also equipped to effectively lead diverse teams and engage in collaborative problem-solving to amplify their impact.

A hallmark of the Changelooms program is the vibrant Changeloomers Fellowship, which fosters peer-to-peer learning, collaboration, and mutual support. This community-driven space ensures that each leader not only has the skills but also the ongoing support needed to thrive in their respective endeavours.

By equipping young leaders with the necessary skills, resources, and networks, Changelooms aims to create a ripple effect of positive change across communities, amplifying the voices of youth in shaping a sustainable and equitable future for all.
